I survived week 1, now let's go Packers!!!

I officially survived the first week of my new job! At first I wasn't sure what to think, coming into a new classroom with another new teacher after these kids had just lost 2 teachers that they were familiar with since the start of the school year. But they quickly grew to love us... I wouldn't use the word 'love' if it weren't for the 50+ times that I was told "I love you" accompanied by a giant bear hug (It truly amazes me how tight these kids can squeeze you considering they're size!).  So all in all it went very good. I'm starting to get more used to the routine, which is always my biggest concern in starting a new job.  Not necessarily the new people, although that is always a little scary, but knowing what to do, when to do it, how to do it, where everything is, etc... I hate not knowing what I'm supposed to be doing but I think I've gotten pretty familiar with my job expectations now that the first week is over.  It was really hard going in to Barbara Jeans yesterday, being so exhausted from the long week, but I made it through and today I get a real day off. No Step By Step, no Barbara Jeans, just me relaxing (and cleaning).  Today I am also officially 11 weeks. Which means only about 2 more weeks until I can rest a little bit easier knowing that I am entering my second trimester. It also means our baby is about the size of a lime :) so tiny, yet it does so much to your body. Well that's about it for today.

Oh one last thing, it's Superbowl Sunday so that means Go Packers!!!!!
